Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX Has Surfaced in “Sail”

Jordan Brand has a knack for taking its retro silhouettes and modernizing them with new materials, colors and dimensions. One example of this is the Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX — a new lifestyle model that debuted in 2022. And after launching in a “Dark Smoke Grey” colorway, the Jordan offering is now springing back up onto our radar in a fresh “Sail” palette.

Essentially a polar opposite variation of its inaugural installment, this forthcoming iteration is prepared with a set of brighter neutral tones. Its puffed-up overlays along the forefoot and heels are fitted with its titular shade while the Swooshes and treading complement with solid black exteriors. Toe boxes, quarter panels, tongues, laces and collars are readied in white while the interior liners are styled with an aged yellow aesthetic. The special element about these kicks is the exposed foam that borders the overlaying panels, and this gives the kicks somewhat of a deconstructed look and feel. Branding is present via Nike Air hits on the tongues and footbeds along with the usual rear-end ball-and-wings insignias, all of which are tinted with a soft gray.

No release date has been announced for the colorway yet, but Nike is expected to unveil these in the coming months.
