The Nike Air Max 1 made its debut back in 1987, but a year prior, the Nike Air Max 1 OG “Big Bubble” was offered as part of the original production run. Recently via the SNKRS Live episode, the Swoosh’s men’s product line Manager Jamie Paige and footwear designer Jonathan Kosenick have confirmed of the silhouette’s return slated for next year. Overall, the original “Big Bubble” aka “Big Window” AM1 is featured below while the 2023 retro will bear the familiar OG colorway with a white mesh base, red and grey suede overlays, followed by the signature bigger visible Air Max unit.
