Sean Wotherspoon Teases Collaborative adidas Gazelle Indoor “Corduroy”

After teasing an adidas Gazelle “Hemp” collaboration earlier this week, designer and Round Two co-founder Sean Wotherspoon is now back with a new iteration of the adidas Gazelle Indoor in “Corduroy.

Having worked with adidas on various classic and contemporary silhouettes such as the ZX 8000, Superstar, EQT Support 93, Superturf Adventure, and Orketro, Wotherspoon now takes a stab at one of the company’s most iconic models. The upcoming Gazelles feature a corduroy base and mudgaurds which display a mosaic of colorful, bulbous shapes. Side stripes and eyestays are found in dark navy suede while maroon heel tabs are embroidered with Wotherspoon’s signature peace sign logo. Rounding out the design are cork insoles and translucent gum sole units. As with Wotherspoon’s past releases, the pairs are likely partially made with recycled materials.

No release details have been revealed thus far for the SW x adidas Gazelle Indoor “Corduroy,” though Wotherspoon hints they’ll be out “really soon.” Look for more details to emerge in the coming weeks.
